Dissolves lime and other hard water scale. Removes milkstone, beerstone, and other food deposits. When used at 165-180°F, it removes cooked on fruits, vegetables, meats, pie mixes, gravies, soups, etc.

Immediately after using equipment, rinse thoroughly with warm water. Make a solution of one ounce Hydrosol to 3 gallons of water. Using a brush, scrub the utensils, rinse, and invert to dry. For milking machine cleaning, immerse teat cups in solution of one ounce to 3 gallons of water, draw through the machine. Empty solution from the machine and rinse by drawing water through the machine. Sanitize with Hypo-Chlor 6.40 or Steramine.
Tubular preheaters and plate type pasteurizers
Flush equipment with lukewarm water immediately after using. Use 1 pound ofCircle Cleaner per 15 gallons of water at processing temperature for 20 to 30 minutes. Use 1 ounce Hydrosol per gallon of water at processing temperature for 20 to 30 minutes. Drain and flush with clean, cool water.
For general sanitation
Before reusing any equipment, rinse with potable water and sanitize with Hypo-Chlor 6.40 or Steramine.
For manual cleaning
2 to 4 ounces of Hydrosol per gallon of warm water will remove cooked and dried on fruits, vegetables, meats, pie mixes, gravies, soups, etc.
For removal of scale in syrup and brine tanks (stainless steel, model metal, glass, bronze, copper or brass) Use 1 part Hydrosol to 4 parts water.
For tin, zinc or galvanized surfaces, and aluminum piping.
Do not use more than 1 to 2 ounces of Hydrosol per gallon of water.
For circulation cleaning
Use 1 to 2 ounces of Hydrosol per each gallon of water. Circulate at a temperature of 165-180°F for 20 to 30 minutes.
Follow all acid cleaning
Rinse with water, then neutralize with a solution of General Purpose Cleaner. Rinse with water.
For heavy deposits of vegetables, starches or fruits
Use 4 ounces per gallon of water for 20 to 30 minutes, at 165-180°F. Rinse with water and follow with Pyrotex or Circle Compound using 1 pound per 15 to 20 gallons of water at 130°F degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Rinse well.
